GENERAL
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
Fluid
Tribal Open Level classes will focus on technique, drills,
expression, accents, and fluid movements. Whether you are new to Tribal-Fusion
dance or have had experience practicing Tribal-Fusion, "Open Level"
is taught in a way which caters to dancers of all different levels.
Fluid
Tribal One
is great if you are new to Tribal-Fusion dance, and good for dancers
with some experience to improve technique and refine fluidity of movement.
Fluid Tribal Accelerated Open Level
is for dancers who have had some experience practicing Tribal-Fusion,
Bellydance, the intermediate/advanced dancer, and for those who are
familiar with foundation movements.

Tribal-Fusion
Beginning-
Muscle training. Tribal posture. Working through muscles
to preserve joints. Choreography. Locks. Kicks. Finger movements. Finding
and training new muscles. Movement drills.
Tribal-Fusion Intermediate/Advanced-
Speed and precision. Layering movements. Choreography.
Layering movements on top of each other. Expression. Working with contrast.
Finger cymbals. Education on different rhythms, and how to use them.
